1. Information We Collect

At Utilsy.app, we are committed to minimizing data collection. We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:

  • Files: Documents and images you upload for processing. These are stored temporarily and encrypted.
  • Account Data: If you register, we store your email address and name to manage your subscription and history.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to manage your session and preferences. For guest users, we use a temporary session ID.

2. Automated Data Deletion

Guest Users (Unregistered)

Your files are **immediately and permanently deleted** from our servers as soon as your download is complete. If you do not download the file, it is automatically purged within 30 minutes.

Registered Users

Your files are stored for a maximum of **24 hours** to allow you time to retrieve them from your dashboard. After 24 hours, they are automatically purged.

3. Data Security & Storage

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all files at rest and SSL/TLS for all data in transit. We utilize Cloudinary for secure file handling and do not keep permanent copies of your processed content beyond the specified retention periods.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Since most of our data is ephemeral, deleting your account will immediately remove any remaining metadata associated with your session.
